Creating a borderless UI in WOW is way harder than it seems, as some addons don't allow for it, or have texts that always have shadows in them. I'd like to know where the storms are so I don't have to check first on a 70 then switch over to whatever alt I'm leveling. The front page of wowhead.com has the zone, storm, and time left. You'd just need to join a group to get the exact location but you probably aren't soling it anyways. To turn off the fader you can change the ActionBar Fade behavior in the WunderUI Options. Just go to WunderUI > Miscellaneous > Other > ActionBar Fade.
