Its not very long. Install the jets before you attempt installing the pistons. Those bolts are a special grade bolt too. Do not use a home depot bolt. The engine harmonics will crack the bolts and then you loose a poston of the complete engine because you have no oil pressure.I'd guess that the harness at the tank selector is what you'd need to rewire. Determine which pair of wires goes to the sender for the tank that you are going to keep and wire those directly to the sender in that tank. In the cab you could eliminate the selector switch in the same way. Should be pretty straight forwards IMO.1. Location. utah. Actually, it seems that the zf5 uses a bell housing adapter to connect to the IDI, but the zf6 doesn't use one to connect to the powerstroke. I'll see if I can't dig up a pic. The bell housing bolt patterns are the same. Though it looks like the zf6 may be larger around the rest of the transmission.

If you're trying to just get 60 pounds of booost, it's going to be a rather big turbo, or 2.
