Remove the snap ring. The carefully slide the collar shaft assembly out. I figured out that either someone tried to force the PTO in gear without the clutch engaged or the PTO lever did not lock into place and the collar slid forward an damage the collar which the damaged the shaft.Unscrew the bowl and a plunger drops shutting off the fuel to the bowl. There is nothing to do but remove the bowl. Its a real slick design. Be sure you replace the small o ring on the top of the filter as the new filter doesn't come with one. When the bolts loosen they work on the threads and eventually fall out which lets the loader frame do what ever it wants to.
