We have been having problems with our LR3 the past 2-3 weeks. Today we realized it hasn't notified us that it was full, so we checked on it and it wasn't cycling at all. We turned it off and back on again, checked the app and it said it was offline and then at 0%. Commenting because mine did something similar. Mine just had this happen 3 weeks ago, but after following all the steps they listed, the yellow light turned white and nothing works.
