Hello all, new to this so bare with me. Have a 2009 John Deere LA135. Cannot get running. Put on new coils have spark at both cylinders and checked for appropriate Ohms. Both at 7K. Both OEM from John Deere dealer. New spark plugs gapped to spec, timing is correct and key isn't broken.

It is fairly comfortable for 2-3 hours of mowing and has decent gas consumption. The bad. It has a 200-hour or less deck on it. The deck bends and warps easily. The paint on the metal parts is horrible. The paint started chipping off the body and deck in the first 50 hours. It looks like the metal was never properly prepped or even primered.
