Assuming you have the same invisible pipboy problem I did, try this. In the console, type "player.inv". This will list all of the items in your inventory in the console. There should be a listing for the Pipboy near the top of the list, with a corresponding item id. Now, in the console, type "player.equipitem <pipboyid>".
