1) Remove the 2 top screw from the back of each instrument cluster that holds the lens on. 2) Undo the 7 clips from the plastic lenses from each panel, then take the lenses off. Be careful not to break the tabs. 3) Swap the lenses and reinstall the two screws that hold the lens to the panel that you removed first.

The fusion sport is awd and has constant problems with the PTU & RDU overheating/ failing. A simpler setup would make things much less complicated imo. ... Aug 24, 2017 · The 2.0 ecoboost had plenty of power. HOWEVER after I test drove the Sport it was no contest. Granted I have a base sport, and I test drove a loaded out Titanium but the Sport just felt better on the road. Plus the 325hp 2.7 ecoboost is just not in the same ballpark as the 2.0. I say go Sport but can't go wrong with either model I know this is a Fusion Sport enthusiast site, but as a long-time Ford owner I have to say that my 17 Fusion Sport is significantly more problematic than my other Fords with 1 exception - the 1981 T-bird. I had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't a typo, but M14 threads are around 150 ft-lb for torque. I also saw a sticker on the B-pillar saying to add 3 psi for 100+ mph driving.
