Given the number of skills that you need on this build (Balance, Disable Device, Heal, Open Lock, Search, Spellcraft, Spot and UMD) it's a tight fit if you don't take Rogue at level 1. That build is obsolete and doesn't reflect the Pale Master changes from last year. That said, the gist of the build still works fine, you simply need to redo Enhancements. Vampire form has more synergies with a melee Eldritch Knight, but that's not a requirement. I posted one example using staves here.
