There is one strength boosting item in game. It doesn’t max the stat though. Club of hill giant strength, One handed light club that sets your strength to 14. there isn't for now, but i'm gonna play a str-based valor bard too and i'll simply dump dex (we get saving proficiency to compensate) and take heavily armored at lvl 4.
