The first week was easy for me. It was surprisingly, misleadingly easy. I think I was still all gung-ho and super motivated. I felt physical cravings but I talked myself out of them pretty quickly and painlessly. I didn’t feel any different with the exception of no hangovers. My overall health/body/mind felt the same.
